Leo returned with a Canon film camera and began walking through Damascus and the places he remembered. In Sosyan, his family’s village, the photographs opened another kind of memory.
The film is being developed from photographs, recorded memories and video. Its structure follows the experience of returning, without forcing uncertain memories into an exact daily chronology.
